This recipe is Med-High SPICY! You gotta like a little heat if you buy this recipe. It is the least spicy of the spicy blends we offer, and is loaded with pepper flavor. The blend contains many different chile peppers: Hatch, Anaheim, Jalapeno, Bell and Poblano. Various complimenting spices, such as Garlic and Onion, for flavor depth beyond the heat. This is an excellent recipe on its own, but we also encourage using it as a base for additional inclusions, such as Cheddar Cheese, stud it with Hot Giardinera, or even cubed Burnt Ends! You can get creative with various flavors all by only changing the inclusions.
Usage: 8.15% of the green weight of the meat block used.
