Craft Butchers’ Pantry does not control how purchased products are stored, formulated, mixed, processed, cooked, cured, labeled, repackaged, resold, or otherwise used after shipment. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a Proposition 65 warning, disclosure, product label statement, or other compliance obligation applies to their intended use, resale, or distribution of any product purchased from Craft Butchers’ Pantry.

By purchasing products for shipment to California, the customer represents that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable California laws, including Proposition 65, and agrees not to use a purchase from Craft Butchers’ Pantry for the purpose of initiating, supporting, or soliciting a Proposition 65 claim, notice, demand, or settlement action against Craft Butchers’ Pantry.
