We currently ship orders using USPS and UPS.
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment in the order they are received. Please allow at least 1 business day for your order to ship.
Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).
For orders placed with Next Day Air shipping, our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM CST.
Please note: selecting Next Day Air means the carrier service is expedited once the package is in the carrier’s hands. We cannot guarantee that a Next Day Air order will ship the same day, even if placed before the cut-off time, due to operational constraints, order volume, inventory verification, and carrier pickup schedules.
Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once your order is picked up by USPS or UPS. Delivery timelines may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to populate after the carrier scans the package.
Once a package is transferred to USPS or UPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
