At Craft Butchers’ Pantry, we sell food ingredients, curing supplies, casings, seasonings, and related butchery products. Because many of our products are edible, food-contact, perishable, or sensitive to storage conditions, returns are handled differently than standard retail merchandise.
Returns for edible products, ingredients, casings, curing salts, seasonings, cultures, additives, and other food-related items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For food safety and quality reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on edible products once they have been shipped, opened, used, handled, or removed from our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

For non-edible products, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Examples of non-edible products may include certain tools, equipment, packaging accessories, or other items not intended for consumption or direct food use.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at orders@butcherspantry.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or issue. This helps us evaluate the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order for the correct product. If your original item qualifies for a return, we will process that return separately once it has been approved, received, and inspected.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
