This size is an excellent alternative to 28/30mm hog casings for producers who need a non-pork casing option. They are well suited for larger links, grilling sausages, smoked sausages, and other products where a substantial diameter is desired without using a pork-based casing.
Our A-Quality designation means the casings are carefully selected for excellent strength, consistency, and little to no holes throughout the hank. This makes them especially well suited for finely ground and emulsified sausage mixtures, where dependable casing integrity helps reduce leakage and blowouts during stuffing.
