They provide a slightly fuller finished link than smaller sheep casing sizes while still delivering the tender bite and premium appearance expected from natural sheep casings.
The A-Quality designation means these casings are carefully selected for excellent strength, consistency, and little to no holes throughout the hank. This dependable casing integrity is especially desirable for finely ground and emulsified sausage mixtures, where small holes can cause leakage during stuffing.
