This is a custom made sewn hog after-end casing with a diameter of about 3.25 inches and a length of 14 inches. The uniqueness of this casing is that it is double walled, and when filled it fills straight. This provides uniformity, and aids in the facilitation of even drying. When stuffed it fits approximately 3.5# of product. These casings are sold in bags containing 5 pieces.
