This is a custom sewn hog bung that has a fabric lining sewn into the interior of the casing. This is the same designed casing for Mother Goose Liverwurst, and used in a lot of craft European products. What is great about these casings is that they have a natural casing exterior, for that European look and feel, with a fabric interior that aids in: keeping wet pastes from cooking out, strengthens the casing, longer shelf life, and quality. This is a very special casing that we are glad to finally carry, and excited to utilize in ways other than Liverwurst type products.
