The Craft Butchers’ Pantry is a web-store dedicated to bringing specialty casings, ingredients, and tools to the home enthusiast, home curer as well as the professional Chef. We carry rare and difficult products to find elsewhere, and offer them to at the lowest price possible. Our goal is to encourage responsible production of cured meats and charcuterie, and to see more great products on the market without having to break bank getting there. Frustrated at the difficulty of finding specialty products for making salumi, sausages, and charcuterie in one location, we sought to create web-store where you can purchase hard to find casings, imported ingredients, books and tools. A goal of ours is to continually update and source new products a few times every month.
