These are some special casings… They are the first 14″ of a Hog Bung, and then it is cut and tied with a hanger. The first 14″ of this particular casing is very straight, and fills uniformly. They are used prodominently by some pretty big salumi producers in our industry, and we are excited to carry them in our stock now!

Another great casing. A 5 pack was perfect for doing an 8# batch of finocchiona. Being pre tied and a consistent length really speeds up the production.
