This seasoning blend is classically flavored with Mace, Nutmeg, White Pepper, Onion, and Rubbed Sage. For sweetness, we use 100% pure maple sugar! Our signature blend does NOT cut the natural flavor of Maple with any Cane Sugar or Dextrose. We use only the best, highest quality ingredients! Yeast Extract is added as a natural, savory flavor enhancer. Our recipe for Breakfast Sausage contains Breadcrumbs in the recipe already at the perfect percentage to 1) add a toasted flavor, 2) increase the water binding capacity of the mixture, and 3) reduce moisture loss through cooking. The combination of the maple sugar and breadcrumbs give an incredible sear and color when cooked. All you need is the meat and liquids and you are ready to go!
