CONDITIONS OF USE

PRICES AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Both are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING:
Online ordering via website, or for custom quotes and ordering email Evan Brady at evan@thecraftbutcherspantry.com.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

TAX:
Residents of New York will pay 8.47% sales tax on all applicable items.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility. Orders will be shipped promptly and the best way possible. Next Day Air or Second Day Air are not currently available. Most shipments are made within 24 to 48 hours. Any brokerage and or import fees for foreign shipment are the responsibilty of the customer.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
The Craft Butcher’s Pantry takes every precaution to ensure that your order will arrive intact, but our responsibility ceases when the shipment is received by the carrier (USPS, Truck, etc.). If damage occurs contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request inspection. SAVE ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL. THE CRAFT BUTCHER’S PANTRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES. Our Customer Service Department can assist you in filing claims.

RETURN POLICY:
Before returning any merchandise, please call for a Return Authorization Number. At this time you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Any product that is EDIBLE in nature (ie: casings, spices, cures, etc) will NOT be subject to return. A restocking charge will be assessed upon receipt of returned goods.
