This is a custom made sewn hog after-end with beef middle lined casing with a diameter of about 2.5 – 3.00 inches and a length of 17 inches. The uniqueness of this casing is that it fills straight. This provides uniformity, and aids in the facilitation of even drying. When stuffed it fits approximately 2.5+# of product.
These casings are sold in bags containing 5 pieces.
