Dried Sow Hog Bladders – 10 Kilo! Extra Large

These dried sow bladders are extra large, and stocked for the purpose of Culatello. We used to carry Beef Bladders, but for some reason beyond our understanding every American producer has stopped making them. This is the best replacement we could find that gives good results. Stuffed they can hold 15-30# of ground paste, and can be used with very large Culatelli.

For BEST results… Submerge the casing in water or in mold solution for 24 hours BEFORE using! This ensures the casing is rehydrated, and ready to be stretched etc. If you do not do this you will be unhappy with your purchase, and the casing will not work nicely.
